A company name above the table or a single full-name column is fine. The system finds the header row, matches each column to an HRConnext field and converts values, e.g. "M" to male, "Full-time" to monthly, Buddhist-era years to AD.

Every problem is shown as tab › row › column with the reason, including legal ones such as sick leave under 30 days or a provident fund rate over 15%. Confirm stays disabled until they are fixed.

Name files with the employee code, or put them in a folder named by the code. The type comes from the file name: photo, ID card copy, certificate, passport, work permit. You see where every file goes.

Frequently asked questions

Does NextMove cost extra?

No. It is included in every plan, Next's column matching too.

Is the data sent to an outside AI?

No. Next runs on HRConnext's own servers and your data is never used to train a model.

What if the file has mistakes?

Every problem is listed with the reason and nothing is saved until they are fixed, e.g. a phone number that isn't a number, leave below the legal minimum or a branch that doesn't exist.

We move mid-year. Will year-end tax be right?

Yes. Enter the income, tax and social security paid through your old system since January in the opening-balance tab; they count in year-end tax, 50 Tawi and PND 1 Kor.

Can we export our data from HRConnext?

Yes. The same Excel file is the export of your whole company; admins can download it at any time.
