PND.1 tax and SPS 1-10 social security filing
Prepare withholding-tax and social-security filings from your pay runs, with reminders before each deadline.

1. Finalize the month’s payroll
PND.1 and SPS 1-10 are built only from pay runs finalized for the whole month, so the figures match the payslips employees received.

2. PND.1 — e-Filing on the web or RD Prep
On “PND.1 / PND.1 Kor”, press “File”: the “e-Filing on the web” tab lists every attachment line in the Revenue Department website’s field order with copy buttons (works on a Mac), or the “RD Prep” tab downloads a .txt to import into RD Prep (Windows), which creates the .rdx file to upload.

3. Social security — SPS 1-10 Excel
On “Social security SPS 1-10”, choose the month and create the filing. The Excel file follows the Social Security Office template (sheet name = branch number) and can be attached on e-Service straight away.

4. Due-date reminders and filed records
The dashboard warns 10 days before each deadline (online PND.1 and SPS 1-10 are both due by the 15th of the following month). After filing and paying, press “Record filing” with the date and receipt number for your records.
