  1. 1Self-applied — Verify their e-mail with a code, read the privacy notice, attach a resume; get a confirmation with a withdraw link
  2. 2Added by HR / Excel — From JobsDB, walk-ins…; the applicant gets the PDPA s.25 notice e-mail
  3. 3Shortlist — Move stages in the list or drag in the Kanban; team notes; messages; "Not selected" has a ready-made message

The system never scores or screens anyone out; not-selected applicants are deleted with their resume after 6 months
