Quotations, invoices and receipts from your seller now come as links

Your seller issues documents with 360Connext. You get a link by e-mail or LINE and open it on your phone or computer. No sign-up, no app to install.

1 · Quotation

Read it, then sign right in the link

  1. Open the link from the e-mail or LINE: items, prices, terms and the payment schedule (if any).
  2. Tap "Accept and sign", type your name or draw your signature. If the seller asks for verification, a 6-digit code goes to your e-mail.
  3. Want something changed? Tap "Request changes" and say what. The seller will get back to you or send a new version.
  4. Tap "Download PDF" to keep it. The signing record is attached at the end of the file.

Your name, the time and the device you signed on are kept as evidence. A signed document can no longer be changed.

2 · Invoice

See the amount to transfer, scan, and send your slip on one page

  1. The page shows the "Amount to transfer" (withholding tax already taken off if you withhold).
  2. Scan the PromptPay QR with your banking app; the amount fills in. Check the payee name before you pay, or transfer to the bank account shown.
  3. Tap "Payment / send slip" and attach a photo or PDF of the slip (up to 5 MB). The seller checks it and issues the receipt.
  4. Not paying yet? Tap "Acknowledge invoice" to tell the seller you received it (this is not signing a contract).

Paying in instalments: the invoice says which instalment it is and shows the whole schedule.

3 · Receipt

Arrives by e-mail as soon as the seller has your payment

  1. When the seller accepts your slip, the receipt goes to your e-mail with its PDF.
  2. Open the link in the e-mail to see which invoices it pays and the tax withheld.
  3. No e-mail? Ask the seller to send it again.

Documents of the same job are linked: open the quotation, invoices and receipts from "Documents of this job".

If you withhold tax

Transfer the "Amount to transfer" the page works out, then send the withholding tax certificate (50 Tawi) to the seller.

How it stays safe

Each link is sent to you only and works for the period the seller sets (usually 7 days). Quotations that need verification use a 6-digit code by e-mail, and links never let anyone change company or bank details.

Questions

Do I need an account or an app?

No. Tap the link and use it, on a phone or a computer.

The link has expired

Ask the seller for a new link. The document is still there.

Do I still get a real tax invoice?

The PDF you download is the document the seller issued, with original and copy pages for tax invoices. Ask the seller if you need paper.

I paid but forgot the slip

Open the same invoice link and tap "Payment / send slip" any time until it is paid in full.

Documents from before the change

They stay valid. The seller keeps them in the previous system and can send you copies.
